SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will ship out 2-4 business days after the order is placed. All orders are safely packed in a sturdy cardboard mailer with protective corrugated cardboard sheets. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail (2-8 business days). International orders will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail (1-4 Weeks).
This does not include orders that contain pre-order items. If your order contains pre-order item(s), your order will not ship until every item in your order is ready for shipment.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. We will not issue a refund if a package is unclaimed. We are absolved of all issues with a package after it has left the US. We are unable to communicate with international postal carriers.

RETURNS
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you have received faulty CDs, Vinyl or Digital Music Files, email BJWWshipping@gmail.com in order to claim a refund. We gladly offer full refunds within 14 days of the shipment’s arrival. Refunds are given once we have received the returned item at our offices.
